Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a great location near the train station, making it very convenient for our visits to Blenheim and Oxford. The rooms were spacious and spotless, although some areas were a bit dusty. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the cooked breakfast was basic. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with easy access to Oxford and a very good breakfast.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The suite I stayed in was lovely, perfect for my late arrival. However, having the window open gave it a charming touch. The location couldn't be better, just around the corner from Hanborough railway station, making it super convenient to get to Oxford or Paddington quickly. Plus, being close to the Cotswolds was a bonus. The dining experience was very good, especially the snacks in the coffee shop. The hotel is beautifully located near Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, offering a peaceful retreat.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds and a good level of cleanliness. However, being close to a business park meant early morning noise from HGV lorries. The location was excellent for exploring the Cotswolds and easy access to Oxford via the nearby Hanborough railway station.
The hotel is modern and clean, with quiet rooms that are well-appointed, but not very spacious. The strong smell of sewage drains was a drawback. The service was friendly and accommodating, adding to a pleasant stay. The location was excellent for exploring Oxford and visiting Blenheim Palace. The dining was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, a good value for a comfortable stay.
Arriving after a long drive from London, the comfort and cleanliness of the room made my stay much better, but the hotel is in need of renovation. The location was perfect for easy train access to Oxford and other attractions, but the surroundings weren't very exciting. The dining experience had a good selection but was only alright, and the price included a delicious breakfast.
